1. Service
HQ Sports Platform provides registration, team and tournament administration, match scoring, sporting statistics, player profiles and historical sporting records. The platform is a technical service; individual competitions remain subject to the organizer's published rules.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. Only authorized administrators may access restricted information. Player registration does not guarantee tournament eligibility, selection or participation. A person registering someone else must have appropriate authority.
3. Minor participants
Parents or legal guardians must provide authorization where required by applicable law. Organizers must ensure that their competitions have suitable age-related eligibility and safeguarding arrangements.
4. Results and records
Authorized officials and administrators are responsible for recording and checking match events, scores, sanctions and awards. Inaccuracies should be reported for correction through authorized channels. Historical records are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable individual rights.
5. Content and permissions
Users must have permission to upload team logos, player photos and other materials. They grant the platform permission to host and display permitted content solely for relevant platform and tournament functions. Ownership of third-party names, logos and content remains with the respective rights holders.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate players, falsify results or knowingly create misleading records.
- Do not access data or accounts without authorization, scrape private records or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful material or images without permission.
- Do not misuse personal information obtained through administrative access.
7. Organization responsibilities
Participating organizations are responsible for the competition information they determine and submit, including appropriate notices, authorizations, accuracy and access permissions. Separate organization data terms may apply.
8. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity or technical faults. Significant changes should be communicated where appropriate.
9. Account restrictions
Access may be restricted for misuse, security risks or material violations, subject to applicable law and appropriate review.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Liability and disputes
Sporting records may contain errors introduced by authorized contributors. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Qatar law governs, subject to mandatory provisions, and disputes are handled by competent authorities or courts.
12. Contact
A platform support and privacy contact channel must be published and monitored.
